VNXF - Min Character Limit 1.1.1

The problem of members spamming with overly short, meaningless posts (like "thanks," "great," "stamp") is a headache for many admins. This add-on helps you completely solve that problem by forcing posts to reach a certain length before being published.

1. Minimum character limit:
   • You can set a minimum character count required for a post.
   • Example: The post must have at least 20 characters.
2. Minimum Word Limit:
   • Besides characters, you can also request a minimum word count . This helps prevent spamming by typing nonsense (e.g., "aaaaaaaaa...") to meet the character count but not the word count.
3. Flexible permissions:
   • Bypass minimum character/word limit : You can grant specific member groups (such as Admin, Mod, VIP, etc.) permission to bypass this limit. These groups can post short messages as they wish without being blocked.
4. Customize error messages (Phrases):
   • Error messages indicating insufficient characters or word count can be fully localized or customized to your liking in the Phrases section.
