This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity, "You" or "Your") and {title} ("We", "Our" or "Us") operated by XFrip® - Everything for You for the use of any digital product purchased from xfrip.com. XFrip® - Everything for You reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time.
By purchasing our Software (or authorizing any other person to do so), You warrant that You are capable of entering into a binding legal agreement, that You have read and understand this Agreement, and that You accept its terms and conditions. You acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the complete statement of the agreement between You and XFrip® - Everything for You.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Upon completing your purchase, XFrip® - Everything for You grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software on a single XenForo installation (one domain) unless a multi-site license was explicitly purchased. This license is personal to You and may not be shared or transferred to any third party.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. XFrip® - Everything for You does not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XFrip® - Everything for You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software, even if XFrip® - Everything for You has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically and without notice if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation with XFrip® - Everything for You.
